Privacy policy

§1. General terms and conditions
  1. The data administrator is DUAL COLOR Ltd., based in Bydgoszcz, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS no.: 0000602930, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, VAT EU: PL9671371455, REGON: 363748830. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of commonly applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (where this is directly apparent from the description).

  3. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "us". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  4. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

  5. Personal data provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.

§2. Data controller
  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you contact us via our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.

  2. Personal data is processed

    1. in accordance with data protection legislation,

    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping of the content of the Agreement, its modification or termination and proper performance of the Services provided electronically,

    4. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if you have contacted us via the contact form.

  3. Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  5. We reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of asserting possible claims before a court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.

  6. The Service Provider has the right to make your personal data and other data available to entities authorised under the relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies).

  7. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or raising a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

  8. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorised under the relevant legislation.

  9. We have implemented data encryption and have access control in place to minimise the consequences of any possible breach of data security.

  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. cookies
  1. The website www.dualcolor.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters only allow the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.

  2. The information collected relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, the language, the type of operating system, the internet service provider, the time and date information, the location and the information sent to the website via the contact form.

  3. The data collected is used to monitor and review how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site.

  4. Cookies identify the user, allowing us to tailor the content of the site they use to their needs. By remembering your preferences, it makes it possible to tailor targeted advertising to you. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of comfort of our service, and collected data are used only inside DUAL COLOR Sp. z o.o. company in order to optimise operations.
